Bedrooms, Bathrooms and Kitchens

Each of the two-bedroom apartments enjoys a private entrance from an outside staircase. Residents have the option of either single or double bedroom occupancy. This translates to two-, three- or four-student occupancies in each apartment. The bedrooms are furnished with twin beds with mattresses, plus wardrobes, night tables, lamps and desks. Residents provide their own bedding.Bathrooms are equipped with two sinks, a shower, and a separate, private, enclosed commode area. Enjoy the company and comfort of up to three roommates, but with enough of your own space to concentrate as necessary.

Each apartment’s kitchen contains a sink, full-size refrigerator, a two-burner cook top, telephone jacks, tables, chairs, and seating and storage areas. Residents provide their own telephone service, cooking utensils, microwaves, and any other personal kitchen accessories.

Residents enjoy the exclusive ability to prepare meals in their own homes – within minutes of that first class, at lunchtime, or just a sprint from close of business at the end of the school day! However, prepaid convenience meal tickets for use in the cafeteria may be purchased in the book store.

The floor plan here is a general layout and configuration of a typical CSH unit. Details specific to a resident's unit may differ.

For instance the number of beds in this floor plan does not mean all units will have four residents or that each room will have two students. Think about if you prefer a shared room or a single occupancy room; you get to choose when applying for housing.

Plan ahead! Housing is based on availability, and the availability of single occupancy rooms varies. Planning ahead and pre-booking your housing may also lower monthly costs as students may book rooms well in advance of their actual move-in date.
